Using the Piezo device in closed surgical procedures presents certain challenges. Its effective operation necessitates adequate working space, which is more readily available and easier to create in open surgical techniques. While the application of Piezo in minimally invasive (closed) methods is feasible, its suitability is limited to specific procedures and not universally applicable.
