The primary symptom of oligospermia is infertility, specifically the inability to achieve conception. Patients typically seek medical evaluation when experiencing difficulties in achieving pregnancy. Apart from this, oligospermia generally does not present with any other obvious symptoms. A definitive diagnosis can only be established through a semen analysis (spermiogram), as the condition is otherwise not clinically apparent.
