In stomach cancer or early-stage lesions, symptoms such as nausea and vomiting may be observed. If the tumor is located in the upper part of the stomach, additional symptoms like difficulty swallowing, blood coming from the mouth, blood in the stool, or melena (black stool) may occur. Persistent abdominal pains that do not respond to standard medication treatment should also be considered as significant findings.
