Symptoms of bone cancer can begin with tenderness in the affected bone and can vary. Among the most common symptoms are bone pain that persists even at rest or worsens at night, and visible swelling and redness in the affected area. Easy fractures may occur due to weakened bones. Additionally, limited movement or limping may be observed in the affected limb. Systemic symptoms can include unexplained weight loss, persistent fatigue, high fever, night sweats, and anemia. If one or more of these symptoms are present, medical evaluation is important.
