Allergy vaccine treatment is generally not initiated during pregnancy. However, if allergy vaccine treatment was started before pregnancy and pregnancy occurred during the course of treatment, a detailed discussion is held with the patient. During this discussion, a personalized risk-benefit analysis is conducted, evaluating the potential risks and benefits of continuing or discontinuing the treatment. Based on the outcome of this analysis, the decision to continue or pause the treatment is made jointly with the patient.
