The traditional brow lift procedure involves removing skin from the temple region. However, this method is less frequently chosen today because, over time, as the skin relaxes, the scar within the hairline can become noticeable. With continued sagging and loosening over the years, a long, hairless scar may emerge in the temple area. Although a revision surgery can address this cosmetic concern, traditional brow lifts are generally not favored, especially given the availability of more practical methods like endoscopic brow lifts.
