Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common condition caused by hormonal imbalances, manifesting with various symptoms. These symptoms include irregular or absent menstrual periods, excessive hair growth (hirsutism) due to elevated androgen levels, increased acne, hair loss, weight gain, and infertility (infertility due to ovulation issues). Additionally, skin darkening or changes, oily skin, a velvety skin appearance in certain areas, and mood changes (such as depression) may also be observed.
