When liver cancer progresses, symptoms that may appear include unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite, pain in the upper abdomen, nausea and vomiting, excessive fatigue, abdominal swelling, yellowing of the eyes and skin (jaundice), and pale or clay-colored stools.
