Individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure or another medical condition affecting heart rhythm are at increased risk of sudden blood pressure fluctuations during the test. Additionally, pregnant individuals, those undergoing cancer treatment, and patients with severe organ failure are also considered high-risk.
