In eczema treatment, non-corticosteroid immunosuppressants, wet dressings, and topical corticosteroid ointments are used. To reduce attack frequency and strengthen the skin, neutral soaps, barrier creams, moisturizers, eczema gloves, and eczema shampoos are recommended.
