Common symptoms of Kissing Disease (infectious mononucleosis) include high fever that can last 10 to 14 days and reach 39-40°C, severe sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, difficulty swallowing, and significant swelling of the tonsils accompanied by white plaques. Additionally, a feeling of fullness in the abdomen, general fatigue, and loss of appetite may also be observed.
