Sialendoscopy, or endoscopic salivary gland surgery, is a procedure performed for the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent swelling in the major salivary glands (parotid and submandibular glands). This technique allows for the treatment of many conditions that would otherwise require surgical removal of the gland or open surgery, doing so without incisions or sutures.
