Standard prenatal screening tests, such as combined first-trimester screening, triple screening, and quadruple screening, do not determine the baby's sex. However, advanced diagnostic procedures that analyze the baby's genetic material, including Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT), amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and cordocentesis, can identify various genetic conditions and also reveal the baby's sex.
