The application of the Piezo technique in closed rhinoplasty is generally more challenging than in open techniques. Effective use of the Piezo device necessitates a clear visual field and sufficient working space. These conditions are more easily attained in open rhinoplasty, which is why Piezo technology is predominantly preferred in this approach. While technically feasible to use Piezo in closed rhinoplasty, its applicability is limited to specific cases and procedures, and it often presents technical constraints.
