Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a significant global health issue, ranking as the 4th leading cause of death worldwide and the 3rd in Turkey among diseases causing loss of life. If left untreated, COPD progressively diminishes quality of life, leads to significant loss of productivity, and can eventually render individuals unable to perform even basic self-care activities.
