In the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), shockwave therapy typically consists of 6 sessions, each lasting approximately 20 minutes. The treatment may be repeated with two additional sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart. In some patients, ED symptoms may recur 6-12 months after the initial treatment. In such cases, the treatment protocol can be reapplied.
