The symptoms of bone cancer typically begin with tenderness and pain in the affected bone. This pain often persists at night and during rest, and may present an intermittent character at times. As the disease progresses, bones can become more fragile, increasing the risk of fractures. Numbness or loss of sensation may also be observed in the area where the tumor develops. Unexplained fatigue and unintentional weight loss can also be among the other systemic manifestations of bone cancer.
