This method involves the removal of the thyroid gland using an endoscopic (minimally invasive) approach through small incisions made on the inside of the lower lip, utilizing a special camera and surgical instruments. TOETVA's application is steadily increasing in our country, making it a preferred option, especially for young patients with aesthetic concerns and professionals in the public eye, such as models and broadcasters. First defined and implemented in 2015, this surgical technique is evolving and rapidly gaining widespread adoption.
