Patients with hypospadias or congenital penile curvature typically do not experience pain or similar discomfort. However, in individuals with hypospadias, the urethral opening is located on the underside of the penis. This abnormal positioning can lead to various urinary symptoms, such as difficulty urinating, frequent urination, the sensation of incomplete bladder emptying (residual urine), and a burning sensation during urination, especially if accompanied by infection. Congenital penile curvature is usually identified at birth or during the postnatal period.
