1. GENITAL AESTHETIC PROCEDURES
The genital area may become deformed over time due to various reasons such as childbirth or aging. Skin quality can deteriorate. These issues can be resolved with genital aesthetic procedures, helping individuals regain lost self-confidence and improving the quality of their sexual life.
Genital aesthetic procedures include:
Vaginoplasty
Labiaplasty
Clitoroplasty
Monsplasty
Perineoplasty
Hymenoplasty
Genital fillers
Genital laser and PRP applications, orgasm shot
Genital whitening
2.VAGINOPLASTY
Vaginoplasty is an aesthetic surgical procedure performed to correct vaginal widening and sagging caused by factors such as childbirth and aging. After the operation, sagging is corrected, sexual dysfunction is resolved, concerns about passing gas during sexual intercourse are alleviated, and sexual harmony between partners improves.
The procedure takes approximately one hour, and an overnight hospital stay is recommended. After discharge, patients are advised to avoid heavy lifting, intense exercise, constipation, and sexual intercourse for one month.
3.LABIOPLASTY
Labioplasty is a surgical procedure to reduce the size of the inner labia. It is recommended for women who are aesthetically uncomfortable with their inner labia, have difficulty wearing tights or bikinis due to their size, experience self-confidence issues, or suffer from recurrent yeast infections.
The procedure takes approximately one hour, and discharge is typically planned on the same day. Dissolvable sutures are used, and patients can return to their daily activities within a week.
4.CLITOROPLASTY
Clitoroplasty is a surgical procedure to remove excess and folded tissues from the area above and around the clitoris. It is recommended for individuals who experience reduced sexual pleasure due to excess tissue over the clitoris or who feel aesthetically uncomfortable.
This procedure is often performed in conjunction with labiaplasty.
5.MONSPLASTY
Monsplasty is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and subcutaneous fat tissue from the mons region. The mons pubis is the triangular area known as the bikini region, located above the outer labia. After weight gain and loss, this area often becomes larger, fattier, and thicker. During the procedure, the excess fat and skin are removed.
6.PERINEOPLASTY AND HYMENOPLASTY
Perineoplasty is a procedure to correct scars caused by tears or incisions in the perineal region during childbirth. These scars can be bothersome for women. The unsightly areas are removed and re-stitched to restore the appearance.
Hymenoplasty is the surgical reconstruction of the hymen. The hymen, which tears during sexual intercourse, is repaired to restore it to its original state. This is a simple procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia.
7.GENITAL FILLERS
Genital fillers are used to address wrinkles and volume loss in the outer labia. Wrinkling and sagging in the outer labia can occur due to aging or weight fluctuations. These issues are corrected through filler applications.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are easier to apply, retain water, and create a plumping effect. Their durability lasts between 6 to 9 months. Fat fillers, on the other hand, involve collecting fat through liposuction, refining it, and injecting it into the labia. This method provides greater volume and longer-lasting results.
8.BARBIE VAGINA SURGERY
The goal of Barbie vagina surgery is to ensure that no excess tissue is visible when the legs are closed, while standing, or in a seated position. During the procedure, the inner labia are shortened as much as possible, excess folds around and above the clitoris are removed, and fillers are applied to the outer labia if needed.
At the end of the procedure, the inner labia are positioned entirely within the outer labia. The line between the two outer labia is referred to as the Venus line. Patients often desire the Venus line to extend seamlessly from above the clitoris downwards, considering it a more aesthetically appealing and sexy appearance.
9.GENITAL LASER, PRP APPLICATION, AND ORGASM SHOT
Genital laser treatments are used for vaginal tightening, genital whitening, removal of warts, and management of recurrent yeast infections. By applying high heat to tissues, the procedure stimulates rejuvenation, tightening, and revitalization of the area.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a procedure where growth factors and various cytokines derived from the patient’s own blood are injected into the genital area. It is effective in addressing post-menopausal vaginal dryness, sexual dysfunction, orgasm difficulties, genital discoloration, and frequent vaginal infections.
When PRP is applied to the clitoris and G-spot, it is referred to as the orgasm shot. This treatment enhances sexual pleasure during intercourse and facilitates achieving orgasm.
10.GENITAL WHITENING
The genital area may darken due to factors such as pregnancy, waxing, and recurrent genital infections. There are several methods available for genital whitening.
Laser treatments create heat-induced tissue damage, promoting the growth of pinkish-toned tissue beneath the surface. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) helps rejuvenate the tissues, providing tightening, rejuvenation, and lightening of the skin color.
Chemical methods involve exfoliating the skin to reveal lighter-toned tissue underneath.
11.UTERINE MYOMAS
Uterine myomas are benign tumors of the uterus. They are observed in 20-25% of women over the age of 35. Myomas often cause symptoms such as bleeding and pain. They can also exert pressure on surrounding organs, leading to increased urination, constipation, and difficulty feeling completely relieved after bowel movements.
For myomas smaller than 8 cm that do not cause symptoms, monitoring every 3-6 months may be recommended. For myomas larger than 8 cm or those causing symptoms, surgical intervention is typically advised.
12.LAPAROSCOPIC HYSTERECTOMY
A hysterectomy can be performed using either open or laparoscopic (minimally invasive) methods. The choice depends on factors such as the size of the myoma, previous abdominal surgeries, and the surgeon’s experience. At our hospital, we typically prefer laparoscopic hysterectomy.
The procedure is performed through 3-4 small incisions in the abdomen. Patients benefit from fewer complications, less pain, reduced risk of infection, quicker return to daily activities, and smaller scars compared to open surgery.
The operation usually takes 1-1.5 hours, with a recommended overnight hospital stay. Patients can typically return to daily activities within 2 weeks.
13.LAPAROSCOPIC MYOMECTOMY
Myomas can be removed using either open or laparoscopic (minimally invasive) methods. At our hospital, we perform laparoscopic myomectomy. The benefits of this approach include less pain, reduced infection risk, quicker return to daily activities, and smaller scars compared to open surgery.
In laparoscopic myomectomy, the myoma is removed from the uterus and then broken into smaller pieces (morselation) before being extracted through small incisions in the abdomen. Depending on the size of the myoma, the procedure typically takes 1-2 hours. A one-night hospital stay is recommended.
