Continuous heart rhythm monitoring is performed with a Holter ECG (24 hours or several days as requested by the physician). Electrodes are attached to the skin, similar to a standard ECG. At the end of the test, the device is returned to the laboratory. The final interpretation of the computer-generated report is made by a specialist physician.
