People usually; In front of the television, during periods of intense work tempo, they eat fast and do not know how much and what they eat. To prevent this; It is necessary for people to identify the situations and areas where they eat fast and paste notes there for themselves. For example ; "Chew a lot, eat slowly". Facing these notes for a while will raise awareness in themselves and help them improve their situation. Drinking less or incorrectly water is one of the factors that cause less body fat loss. if the burning is reduced , and a sedentary life is added to it ; It is inevitable for people to progress towards obesity disease day by day. Obesity, which is associated with all diseases, is seen in approximately 150 million children worldwide today. This number is increasing rapidly day by day . Especially people who do not get enough oxygen to their body are at higher risk of facing obesity. People working in closed environments , those who cannot breathe enough air due to health problems , and those who smoke cannot provide enough oxygen to their bodies during the day . If the habit of eating fast is added to the body, which is deprived of oxygen due to our lifestyle, health status and environmental conditions; The oxygen level in the body will decrease. Predisposition to obesity will also be quite high. Therefore, gaining the habit of eating slowly by chewing a lot will protect us from many diseases (obesity, stomach diseases, etc.).

It is not easy to suddenly change the habit of eating fast food. Getting help from dietitians , psychologists and specialist physicians will make our work easier .
