Infertility has no specific symptom. The inability to conceive after 1 or 2 years of regular unprotected sexual intercourse is considered a sign of infertility. However, underlying diseases that can cause male infertility may present with additional symptoms. Unless these symptoms are directly related to the testicles, it is unlikely the patient will associate them with infertility. However, symptoms such as testicular pain, swelling, and penile discharge could be indicative of infertility and may alert the patient. Male infertility symptoms can include:
