Before the MRI procedure, patients are required to remove all metal items such as necklaces, earrings, watches, and rings. Our staff provides detailed information on this matter before the patient is positioned in the MRI scanner. The patient is placed in the MRI device in an appropriate position according to the body part to be imaged. During the procedure, the patient receives necessary instructions via headphones. These headphones also reduce the loud noise generated by the device, ensuring patient comfort. A call button is provided to the patient to enable quick communication with the team in case of any issues or discomfort. The scan duration varies depending on the body part to be examined and the nature of the condition to be diagnosed.
