Endoscopic lumbar disc herniation surgery is performed through a small 6-7 mm incision made in the back or side of the lower back. Using this method, the herniated disc area is visualized via a camera, and the herniated tissue is removed. The operation typically lasts between 10 and 40 minutes, with most patients discharged on the same day and able to return to their normal lives within approximately one week.
