The symptoms of adenitis typically manifest as tenderness, redness, and increased warmth in the affected lymph nodes. This condition can frequently be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fever, chills, fatigue, malaise, runny nose, sore throat, and headache. More specific or rarely observed symptoms may include night sweats, shortness of breath, loss of appetite and weight, bone and abdominal pains, persistent cough, stubborn itching, and skin rashes. Additionally, swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, and groin areas are important indicators of adenitis.
