The most noticeable sign of thyroid cancer is a swelling, growth, or lump in the neck. Beyond this, thyroid cancer may present with symptoms such as difficulty swallowing and breathing, or in some cases, it may be asymptomatic and discovered incidentally during other imaging studies.
