Hands are one of the organs most affected by eczema, which has various types. Hand eczema arises from a decrease or loss of the skin's defense capacity. Frequent hand washing, contact with detergents, soaps, and bleach, and dusty environments all contribute to skin damage and the development of eczema. Hand eczema most commonly appears on the palms, forearms, and backs of the hands.
