Stereotactic radiotherapy, when applied in cases where standard treatment options have failed or cannot be administered, has the potential to extend patients' lifespans. While the long-term results of this method in the treatment of arrhythmias are not yet fully known due to its use in a limited patient population, it is considered a promising therapeutic approach.
