It is important to remember that a non-reactive Non-Stress Test (NST) result does not inherently indicate a serious problem with the fetus. If such a result is obtained, the expectant mother should not immediately become anxious. The definitive decision regarding the baby's health is made following a comprehensive assessment, which includes ultrasonographic evaluation and other additional tests deemed appropriate by the physician, performed in conjunction with the NST.
