The pre-operative rehabilitation process is critically important. The timing of the surgery should be determined by an orthopedics and traumatology specialist experienced in knee surgery. However, unnecessarily delaying ACL surgery can lead to the development of secondary damage to the meniscus and cartilage tissues.
