Holter ECG is a diagnostic method that allows continuous monitoring of heart rhythm (usually for 24 hours or several days as determined by the doctor). During this examination, electrodes are attached to the skin, just as in a standard ECG. Once the recording period is complete, the device is delivered to the laboratory. The final interpretation of the report, generated after computer-aided analyses, is made by a specialist physician.
