Adenitis does not directly transform into cancer. However, primary cancers can develop within the lymph nodes themselves, or cancers spreading from another organ (metastases) can affect the lymph nodes. To differentiate this situation and make an accurate diagnosis, a physician's examination and radiological imaging are of great importance.
