Symptoms of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) typically include pelvic or lower abdominal pain, foul-smelling vaginal discharge, and pain during urination. Pain during sexual intercourse is also a common symptom. High fever may also occur depending on the severity of the infection.
