The frequency of follow-up for Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) is determined by the presence and severity of ROP findings. In cases where there is no high-risk appearance for ROP, follow-up examinations are conducted every two weeks until retinal vascularization is complete. However, if ROP findings develop, intensive follow-up, ranging from weekly to every 2-3 days, is necessary, depending on the severity and stage of the findings.
