Tetralogy of Fallot, also known as "blue baby syndrome," is the most common cyanotic congenital heart disease. While the general prevalence of congenital heart diseases is approximately 1%, the incidence of Tetralogy of Fallot is determined to be 3.4 per 10,000 live births.
