Tularemia is a disease that presents with different clinical manifestations depending on the route of infection and the organs affected. Its most common symptoms include sudden onset fever, chills, headache, muscle aches, and general weakness. Depending on the type of the disease, various other symptoms such as swollen lymph nodes, ulcerative skin lesions, eye discharge and inflammation, sore throat, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and shortness of breath may also occur. In severe cases, complications like confusion and corneal ulcers can also develop.
