In patients presenting with testicular pain, if comprehensive diagnostic evaluations such as detailed anamnesis, physical examination, imaging methods, urine analyses, and sexually transmitted infection screenings reveal no organic cause, a psychological origin for the pain should be considered. However, given the possibility that the pain might be referred from pathology in another organ, consultation with different medical disciplines and a multidisciplinary approach may be necessary. If a urology specialist's detailed evaluations do not identify a physical cause, psychological support may be recommended to fully elucidate the etiology of the pain and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
