During the initial consultation, the patient's expectations are thoroughly discussed and evaluated. If the patient's aesthetic goals align with their nasal anatomy and are deemed achievable, a surgical plan is developed. Any pre-existing functional issues, such as breathing difficulties, will also be addressed during the surgery. One day prior to the operation, the patient will undergo necessary blood tests and an anesthesia consultation.
