Adhesion formation after spinal surgery is a common complication of surgical procedures and can be observed. Adhesions can occur in the surgical field after any type of spinal surgery, including microsurgery, classic open surgery, or endoscopic surgery. However, due to the minimally invasive instruments used and the limited working area in endoscopic surgery, the probability of adhesion formation is generally lower.
