PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a concentration enriched with proteins and growth factors, obtained from a sample of the patient's own blood through special processing. These growth factors and proteins are biological substances that help reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and support tissue healing. PRP therapy yields successful results in various conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and inflammatory diseases. Specifically, PRP can be utilized in the treatment of ailments such as shoulder pain, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, joint degeneration (osteoarthritis), and ankle sprains. During the treatment, this enriched fluid, separated from the patient's own blood sample, is injected into the painful or sensitive area.
