Endometriosis typically manifests with distinct symptoms. These include chronic pelvic pain that worsens during menstrual periods, painful urination or defecation, pain during sexual intercourse, and the presence of blood in urine or stool. In some cases, diarrhea or constipation may also occur. In severe cases of endometriosis, infertility can be a significant concern.
