Symptoms of infertility can emerge at any age. The most significant indicator is the inability to conceive despite regular, unprotected sexual intercourse. In women, ovarian reserve typically begins to decline after age 30, and fertility significantly decreases from age 35 onwards. Conditions such as premature menopause, occurring before age 40, can also lead to infertility. For men, infertility symptoms can likewise be observed at any age; however, sperm quality and motility generally show a decline after age 40.
